Apparently Dubstepping music has been around since the late 1990s originating in south London, but has been becoming more popular today, especially in regards to dancing to it. I don't know if any of you are familiar with it, but I had just come across it not much more than a week before stumbling across these young men practicing on and around a city building's back entryway.
