This gallery is a sampling of my old film photography. It's been scanned in so unfortunately the quality isn't the best.

I love this picture, but the flies were relentless - so I was too busy with brushing them away and ended up with soft focus.
Masai children - Kenya
Masai Elder - Kenya
These portraits were taken with in a Masai compound. It consisted of mud and brush huts that were surrounded by a high wall of brush. In the evenings they would bring in their herds and close up the entry to protect them from the lions and such. Unfortunately it meant lots of flies! I don't know how the could ignore them...this shot amazes me because she didn't flinch or move to brush the fly away. Unfortunately some of my shots that day were rushed...
